All deposits, withdrawals, and balances on 9pkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs300. All financial transactions must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the 9pkr account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

9pkr reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time for KYC compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 9pkr platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 9pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balance held across those accounts.

9pkr's internal complaints procedure requires Players to submit a formal written complaint to the support team before initiating any external dispute resolution process. 9pkr undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt.
